Clothing for all ages and sizes in very good condition
Household items such as dishes, bedding, small appliances, and toys in very good condition
We do not accept:
Furniture, office equipment
TVs, computers, monitors, large electronics
Mattresses
Car seats
Medical equipment, such as walkers
FAQs
Where and when do you take donations?
You can drop off Clothing, Housewares, Toys at the house across the wooded lot from us, on the corner of 5th Ave and Bryant Ave. There is a drop chute on the Bryant Ave. side of the house that you can use anytime. If you have large amounts to donate that will not fit in the donation box, please call us to arrange a drop off time. 618-656-7506.
Who receives these donations?
Clothing and houseware donations go to our thrift shop on the second floor of the pantry named Second Chance. Second Chance is open to the public as well as to our client families. Client families receive a gift card to shop there for free, and anyone can shop at our affordable prices. All proceeds help support programs at the pantry.
